WonHundred Word Wednesday: The Talk

It's Wednesday, dear readers! Which means I have another flash fiction story for you.

The prompt: As he opened the car door, there was a loud

My story:

Tim pulled into an open parking spot. “We’re here,” he said. As he opened the car door, there was a loud sigh. Clenching his fist, he looked over at her. “We’re not going to talk about this now.”

“We have to talk about it sooner or later.”

“We’ll do it when we get home, then.”

She rolled her eyes. “I’ve heard that before.”

“Well, it’s not something I really want to talk about.”

She reached across him and pulled his door closed. “We have to do this tonight. If we don’t make a decision, we’ll both be dead by morning.”
