WonHundred Word Wednesday: House wasn't the same

It's a little late on Wednesday, but it's still Wednesday! Here's my story for the day!

The prompt: The house wasn't the same to her any more

My Story:

Rachel watched from the corner as the couple entered the room. She could feel the anger rising steadily in her chest. Their belongings were piled everywhere, careless of the time and energy she’d put into the home. Her heart and soul had gone into designing it, yet fate’s cruel hand had taken it away.

The house wasn't the same to her any more, and with those people here, it never would be. She’d have to make them leave and ensure that no one would move in again.

She wasn’t worried. After all, no one wants to live with a ghost.

Hope you like it, and don't forget to check out the rest!
