Each week we write a 100 word story based on a prompt. We all use the same prompt and it's fun to see where the stories end up. So without further ado...

The prompt: It started with a chance meeting on a film set

My story:

Abby reached for the last donut when her hand collided with another. Both pulled back quickly and she looked up to see the hunky lead actor smiling down at her. As used to actors as she was, his smile and sparkling eyes made her stomach dance. She could see a romance unfolding. He’d offer her the donut and…

“Oops,” he said as he reached for it again.

What!? Abby snatched it and took a bite. “Oops.” She responded, turning away.

It started with a chance meeting on a film set, and came to an abrupt end. So much for romance.
